Zeyada Gıda was established in 2016 in Mersin, Turkey. The company has vast knowledge and experience in processing techniques of spices, herbs and oilseeds. Our head office, warehouses and factories are located in MERTOC-Mersin Food Wholesalers Complex which is only 1 kilometer to the Mersin Port and 3 kilometers to the downtown. Mersin Port is one of the largest sea ports in Turkey and East Mediterranean Region. Zeyada Gıda has never compromised on hygiene, food safety, quality, and sustainability principles since its establishment and its quality controls begin before production and continue until the products reach the consumers. The main feature that makes Zeyada Gıda stand out in its sector; is the choice of quality raw materials. The quality of spices are based on the environments in which they are grown. Climate, soil and geographical conditions have huge effect on the taste and the smell of the product. Therefore, Zeyada Gıda supplies its products from the regions where they are best grown. Every product entering our warehouses is subject to analyses and tests in terms of physical, chemical, microbiological and aflatoxin in both our in-house laboratories and provincial control laboratories of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry. Zeyada Gıda aims to be a reliable and international influential brand in all areas from the producer to the consumer by increasing customer satisfaction, profitability and efficiency. Our quality management and food safety system is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000, Halal and Kosher certified. We supply products to more than 2100 customers located in all over Turkey and export to 37 countries across Europe, Middle East, North Africa, North America and Far East. Our customer portfolio is including spice wholesalers, spice shops, spice packers to local and national supermarket chains, bakery and patisserie wholesalers, meat and confectionery industry, government and official agencies. In addition, We are manufacturing and marketing Halva, Jam, Molasses, Honey, Cocoa, Hazelnut Cream, Lemon Sauce, Lemonade, Pomegranate Sour, Vinegar and Pastry Ingredients to Turkish and International Markets under the brand of Hacı Muhsin Efendi. Hacı Muhsin Efendi products, which are also offered to consumers through our own retail sales channels, reach large masses of people through major national supermarkets and local chain markets. Zeyada Gıda is expanding its activities day by day and taking solid steps in order to become one of the top global suppliers of food ingredients.
